Professionalism

Mark attended for the annual boiler service. He rang 10 mins before arriving and carried out the work in a very polite and professional manner. He was such a nice guy, very friendly and courteous - he even said he would put on shoe protectors before walking on our carpet - such a nice gesture these days! Mark is a true asset to this company and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Great guy, great service!

Responsiveness

Josh. T. Sorted out our leaking radiator ended up having to change the valve. Was respectful of our home wore protective boot coverings to protect the carpet. He had rang in advance so we knew of his arrival which was earlier than expected. Repair was done within a hour and he checked and sorted the boiler pressure. Very professional and polite. Would highly recommend the company

Great Service

Mark rang to give his estimated time of arrival. He even reshuffled his jobs so he could come at a time more suitable for me due to my job. A nice polite friendly man and even wore protective wear over his shoes so not to make a mess on the carpets. Very professional and thorough explaining what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do to rectify it. Thank you Mark for your excellent service.

Fast Response

In response to a Home emergency call to our home insurers, Mark of attended promptly (within 2 hours - travelling from Barnsley to York). He informed us he was on the way and estimated arrival time which immediately put our minds at rest. He was extremely professional and quickly identified and corrected the issue within our heating system relating to a leaking Magnaclean valve.

Quality Service

Mason the engineer came round promptly - very friendly and professional. Unable to fix the issue right away as a new part needed to be ordered but repaired what he could left things very stable and am confident new part will be easily fitted one it arrives.

Jordan phoned prior to visit. He sorted out the leaking pipe. He was professional through out, fully explained what had to be done. Very happy with his visit, we would certainly recommend him.

Big thank you to Luke who sorted out a leak from feed to dishwasher. Despite difficulty in getting access to the feed, he kept us aware of what was happening.
